COMPLIANCE POLICY

As we recognise our responsibility to society as well as offering beneficial products and services, we have a target to maintain the highest standards of integrity in our businesses. 

This policy defines the behaviour and standards that LARKALIS Organization, its officers and team member will observe as they carry out their businesses and activities. 

We require from our officers and team members to comply with these standards and guides them to others by example—particularly to co-workers, customers and suppliers.

Any danger of non-compliance must be addressed without delay, and officers or team members should identify the root cause of the issue, taking steps to prevent any recurrence. LARKALIS Organization hereby establishes and promotes its Compliance Policy as follows:

1.COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS; CONFORM TO INTERNAL RULES

• Conduct business fairly and in good faith, in keeping with laws, company rules and social norms.

• Conduct work in keeping with internationally accepted norms to ensure our growth as a global enterprise.

• Comply strictly with domestic and foreign laws including laws regarding bribery and competition laws.

2. PROVIDE USEFUL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• Contribute to society through deliverance of useful goods and services.

3. RESPECT EMPLOYEE PERSONALITY AND INDIVIDUALITY

• We encourage a corporate culture in which team members can contribute with their independence and creativity.

• We will protect employee health, respect their basic rights, and treat them fairly and without discrimination.

• We will provide a safe and enriching work environment for our team members.

4. DISCLOSE INFORMATION

• We will ensure management transparency by fairly disclosing corporate information to our stakeholders, including our customers, suppliers, team members, and shareholders.

5. PROTECT THE GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT

• We recognise and perform on our responsibility to improve the environment.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES TO TOP MANAGEMENT

• The top management of LARKALIS Organization and its subsidiaries shall take the lead to ensure that the business is administered “with the highest standard of dignity as a member of society”.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT 

• LARKALIS constituted a Code of Conduct to establishes a basic agreement with third parties, where we express our commitment of common procedures to work together.
